Guys, this isn’t real. You don’t have any 4th amendment rights when you are in a BOAT 100 miles or less away from the USA in the OCEAN. The coast guard doesn’t have any right to search you on land but If you are out in a boat they can just search your boat without a warrant. This makes some sense if they see a boat which they believe has illegal arms or drugs or something terrible it may be in our best interest because the time the takes to go back to land and get a warrant would allow them to disappear. Your other rights though are still in tact so even if they search you, you will still have a fair trail and no cruel/unusual punishment.
